Axinar recently wrote of an interesting little contraption marketed in the U.S. by Spirit Partners called "AWOL", or Alcohol WithOut Liquid. This device mixes the vapor of a spirit with oxygen such that it can be breathed in, thus acting as a "reverse breathalyzer".
This is nuts. People are going to die using this gizmo. I don't know how it ever got approval by the FDA, or BTAF, or whomever else regulates this kind of thing.
You'd think that people would be happy just chugging down shots if they wanted rapid drunkenness!
